Clean Advantage Terms & Conditions

Program overview

FLEETCOR offers the Clean Advantage service to offset CO₂e emissions through investments in a portfolio of CO2e offset projects. Clean Advantage is administered by FLEETCOR’S associate PDI Technologies, Inc.

FLEETCOR provides PDI with monthly summary sales data. PDI utilizes this data to: (1) calculate CO2e emissions, (2) source verified CO2e credit projects, (3) purchase a proportionate amount of credits, and, (4) retire such credits on the APX, IHS Markit, Climate Action Reserve, American Carbon Registry, and Gold Standard registries, on behalf of FLEETCOR, on a quarterly basis. Attestation reports on Clean Advantage’s performance and accuracy are conducted on an annual basis by a big 4 accounting firm.

Clients with Clean Advantage have access to marketing collateral to promote their involvement to include an annual “Clean Fleet” certificate, digital clean fleet seal and bumper stickers. To request marketing collateral for Clean Advantage complete this form.

Fee:

Clients will be charged 5 cents per gallon for each gallon of fuel purchased.

Notifications:

FLEETCOR will notify you by mail of any changes to cost or features of Clean Advantage.

Cancel Program Enrollment:

You can cancel Clean Advantage at any time by calling Customer Service at the number listed on the back of your Card.

Cancel Fuelman Clean Advantage Fleet Card:

If you’d like to cancel your card account, please directly contact your fuel card provider.
